Theiana Jewels (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://theianajewels.com) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  1. General
    Products with their information are displayed on the website to invite offers from users. When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such offer is subject to acceptance by us. Our communication (email/SMS/push notification) of acknowledging your order does not signify our acceptance of your offer. Theiana Jewels reserves the right, after receiving the order, to accept, decline, or cancel your offer (in whole or in part). An offer shall be deemed accepted once it is dispatched for delivery by Theiana Jewels. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. In the event of a purchase, you will be required to accurately provide the recipient’s name, contact, and shipping address.

For your convenience, we accept payment through PhonePay, GPay, Paytm, Internet Banking, and UPI. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, any and all payments made by the above-mentioned options, either through the payment gateway on the Theiana Jewels website, are subject to the specific terms and conditions of such third-party payment gateways.

  1. Shipping Costs
    We endeavor to deliver products to the recipient as per the delivery option selected by the user while placing the order. The delivery time is subject to the location you provided for delivery. For the convenience and requirement of the customer, we provide two options for deliveries: Fixed Time Deliveries and Free Deliveries. A nominal amount from customers is required for selecting fixed-time delivery, and such charges are displayed on the webpage when selecting the timeframe for delivery. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for updates.

Flowers or items may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage. We attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Before any festival or major occasion, we suggest you place your order at least five days in advance.
Products that are hand-delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products. Those may reach the recipient at two different times or days.

⦁ For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.
You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
Delivery may take longer due to:

  1. Bad weather

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your SMS regularly for updates.

For flowers or items, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order, and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the following cases:

⦁ Wrong shipping/delivery address.
⦁ Recipient not available.
⦁ Premises locked.
⦁ Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

In case the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gatekeeper/reception/neighbour.
Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.
Deliveries are made on Sundays and on Public Holidays for products that are delivered by hand.
⦁ If there is no one available at the shipping address to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, or liability can be made.

  1. Refund
    There is no refund available on the purchase of any of our products.
