1. Product Information

Theiana offers two types of jewelry:

• Artificial Jewelry: Made using high-quality metal alloys with anti-tarnish coating. Handmade Beads & Wire Jewelry: Crafted using artistic wirework, beads, and unique handmade designs.
• Slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, or the handmade nature of products.
• Each handmade piece is unique, and minor imperfections reflect the artisanal process.

 

2. Pricing

• Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Theiana reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and revise product rates.

 

3. Orders

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In case of any unavailability or unexpected delay, we will inform you via WhatsApp or email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order under certain conditions (e.g. payment failure, address issues).

 

4. Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of placing the order through UPI, card, or any approved online payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available currently

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
• Delivery time varies by location but typically takes 5–7 working days for metro cities.
• Theiana is not liable for courier delays or disruptions beyond our control.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

• We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:
• The product is damaged in transit
• Or you received the wrong item
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any claims—without it, we won’t be able to process refunds or replacements.
• Report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
• Handmade pieces and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

7. Product Care

• For artificial jewelry: Avoid, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry, airtight container.
• For beads & wire jewelry: Handle with care to avoid bending or tangling. Avoid water and harsh chemicals. Store flat and away from moisture.

 

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, product names, and designs are the intellectual property of Theiana. Reproduction or reuse without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Privacy Policy

• Customer data is kept confidential and is only used for order fulfillment and communication.
• We may send occasional promotional messages if you opt-in. You can unsubscribe anytime.
