  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.
  • Refunds or exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items and must be supported with valid proof.
  • All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.

📦 General Policy

  • We do not offer refunds/exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Late delivery by courier partners
  • Size issues: Jewelry items will not be eligible for return or exchange due to size issues.
  • Refund/exchange is applicable only when the error is from Theiana’s side, and valid proof is provided.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

📸 For Damaged or Defective Products

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must:
  • Share a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer package.
  • The video must clearly show:
  • The sealed outer packaging
  • Your name and address label
  • Invoice/bill
  • The entire product and damage

❗ Claims made without valid video proof or after 24 hours will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Handmade bead & wire jewelry (due to its delicate, customized nature)
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Worn or used products
  • Orders rejected on delivery (no refund issued)
  • Packages returned due to wrong address/contact (only 50% refund, shipping charges are non-refundable)

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

  • “If the Theiana’s fault, we will cover the return shipping cost up to the amount originally charged for delivery.”
  • If the customer is at fault, return shipping will be paid entirely by the customer.

💸 Refund Details

  • Refunds apply only to the product amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If an item is eligible for exchange but is out of stock, the customer may wait or opt for a refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, once approved.
  • Refunds will not be processed:
  • While the order is in transit
  • Due to courier delays
  • Once the correct item has been shipped successfully
